When we intake healthy fruits and vegetables that are full of nutrients, we reduce the chances of diseases. While Unhealthy food can make you feel tired, bloated, and unable to concentrate. Long-term, Unhealthy food can lead to tooth decay and poor bowel habits. Unhealthy food can also lead to obesity and associated diseases such as heart disease.
